Management

There are ten Senior Management staff in charge of the day to day running of the company.

Mr. Divine Kwadwo Asiedu - Group CEO has Management and Marketing background with invaluable experience as the Commercial Manager of Darko Farms, a major Poultry concern in Ghana, then later with Papaye Fast Food as General Manager in 1996. He rose to the position of Chief Executive Officer (C. E. O.) in 2004

Mr. Samer Kalmoni – Group Technical Director. He has ten years working experience in Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Balamand, Tripoli. He is the head of Technical Services with a team that is in charge of maintenance and repairs of Equipment and Machinery.

Mr. Emmanuel W. Tefe – Managing Director/Head of Finance. Before joining Papaye Mr Tefe was the Business Manager of Global Bazaar Engineering a private Company for six years. He has been with Papaye Company for the past 22years. Initially as the Accounts Manager, then Finance Manager and currently the Managing Director. He is a Graduate of the School of Administration, University of Ghana, Legon.

Mrs. Samar Kalmoni – Chief Operating Officer has been working with Papaye Fast Foods in different capacities for the past ten years. She holds BA in Hospitality and Tourism from University of Balamand, Tripoli.

Miss. Ivy Eva Yankah – General Manager has been with Papaye for the past three years. She worked with Softlanding Limited as Systems Administrator for seven years before then as Team Leader/HR Training Assistant for eight years at Royal London Hospital (White-Chapel – London) and Flemings Mayfair Hotel, Mayfair London two years. Ivy holds BA in History and Archaeology from the University of Ghana, Legon and MA in International Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
 

Mrs. Etornam Nayra Blege – Human Resource Manager- She is a versatile Human Resource and Administrative professional with 18years in the Aviation/Airline, and Hospitality industry. Etornam has been with Papaye for the past four years. She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana. She holds MBA in Corporate Governance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and B.Sc. in Hospitality Management from Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA).

Mr. Christian Kwaku Ofori Asiedu – I.T. Manager has been working with Papaye for the past eleven years. After his National Service with the Company, he was appointed as the Systems Administrator for four years, then as the IT Manager from 2015 up to date. He holds Master of Science Certificate in Management Information Systems from Ghana Technology University, Accra and B. Sc. In Computer Science from Valley View University. Certification in Network and Systems Administration (CCNA).

Mr. Ramzi Baroud – Procurement Manager works with the Company for four years now. He studied for MA Hospitality and Tourism at University of Balamand, Tripoli.

Miss. Sarah Georges Youssef – Brands Manager is in charge of design and art works for brand advertising and signage. She has been working with the Company for three years now. Sarah graduated from the University of Balamand with an MBA in Marketing and BA in Graphic Design in 2012 and 2009 respectively

Mr. James Appiah Agyeum – Senior Accounts Officer. He joined Papaye as an Accounts Clerk in 2005 and rose through the ranks to the position of Senior Accounts Officer in 2022. He holds MBA in Accounting and Taxation from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), in 2021; and B. Sc. Administration, (Accounting) in 2017.
