The day to day running of the Company is vested in the Management team comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. D.K. Asiedu, Mrs. Sona Kalmoni as the Director of Finance, Mr. Emmanuel Tefe, the Finance Manager and Ms Gladys Larbi the Human Resource Manager.
The Company has supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and to provide quality service to customers. The total work force is about 300 in all.
There are vacant positions to be filled as per the Organogram.
These positions are the General Manager, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Procurement Manager, Information Technology Manager and Head of Security.
